Mobile Medical Unit

Family Health Centers of San Diego and King-Chavez have partnered up to provide low-cost, routine medical services for the community. The Mobile Medical Unit offers care for illness, immunizations, physicals, school entry, WIC, family planning, gynecology, and more. Services will be available once each month for the remainder of the school year and patients may walk in any time between 1PM and 4:30PM. For more information, call 619-515-2312.
